  • We got our carpets cleaned by them we bought a living social coupon for $49.95 carpet cleaning but we were charged $176.87 -$49.95=$126.87 but my husband had paid living social for the deal so we still ended up paying $176.87 when we should have paid nothing to you do to the living social deal. I had never used before and was confused. He had said it was new and he was not quite sure either. I called the office after he was finished and I realized (after speaking to my husband) that we should not have been charged by your company. I spoke to someone and have been waiting to hear back from someone on how we can get our refund of $126.87. Total Scam will never use them again and don't recommend them at all. He asked if I wanted deep cleaning I said no but they charged for it anyways. They are dirty!
