  • I bought a 2017 Subaru CrossTrek and was rear-ended several weeks after I bought it. I decided on Impact Auto Body because of the great online reviews. I will keep this review short, and will bullet point how well Impact Auto took care of me. Hopefully this will steer you in their direction: 1. I called the insurance company of the at-fault driver who hit me and advised them I would be using Impact. Impact called me and scheduled an appointment for the next day. 2. The estimator met me outside, with no wait time, and gave me a spot on dollar and time frame estimate within five minutes. 3. The estimator (JJ) called me twice a week until the repair was done. The car was done on the exact date he promised me. The repair took about five weeks (over $8,000 in damage). 4. I never spoke to the insurance company once. Impact handled everything. 5. My CrossTrek felt brand new and was completely detailed when I went to pick it up. 6. Impact will be working with a diminished value estimator for me. It was obvious to me that Impact takes pride in what they do and strives to deliver the best service possible. I live in Phoenix and traveled to their Mesa location just so they could service my car. If you value the long-term condition of your car and want a stress-free process, choose Impact Auto.
