I planned for a fantastic anniversary dinner with my partner. The ambiance and our service impeccable, the best in Vegas we've had (I told her too!) but went against my better judgement on the lasagna that was brought to my table. I cook and cook well enough to know the piece that was brought was old. The cheese on top was encrusted and charred so hard it was impossble it was a new piece. The sausage inside had a slime texture. I had two bites and left it to take home. For two days I have been sick with the worst stomach cramps and vomiting. Folks are visiting in October and made reservations long ago but unfortunately do not feel comfortable bringing them. Capo's, I hope quality control does not become an issue for others and I am saddened to give you such a low rating but still very upset I had to pay to be made ill on a very special night.
