  • I was misled and overcharged. When I brought my Mercedes ML320 in for minor body work I was given an estimate of $187. After they had ordered and received the needed part I brought the vehicle in and they did the repair, but presented me with a bill for $269! The story is that they neglected to estimate the cost of the adhesive. I found it particularly annoying that I was required to absorb the entire cost of this "mistake" despite the fact that the estimate included 1.3 hours of labor for a job that they admitted took only 20 minutes. It seems as though the adjustment for mistakes cuts only one way.
