  • I have to agree with the others that the wait time is long but what is worse is that they take much longer socializing. I understand that you need to be personable and friendly but this is ridiculous I've been waiting for this lady to finish and she is socializing more than she threading. If you're having so much fun with a customer maybe you should be their friend outside of work. I also understand the language she is speaking with the guy she is threading which makes it even more annoying. It would be nice if they respect my money and my time and I have tipped her really well in the past but I guess I'm going to start driving to arrowhead or find another place. With All the great girls gone - including Nora it sucks.
