I am writing regarding an item that this company carries. My wife and I have called multiple times about the item, however calls were not returned and different answers have been given. My wife has interest in a clearance item chair for our new home in Arizona. We went into the local store to order the chair, but were told that we would have to order online. I called on Saturday 8/26/2017 to inquire about the item. I was told that two (2) chairs were available and promised that someone would call me back within 24-48 hours to receive payment after it was sent to the Phoenix store. I never got a call back and the item was never shipped. We called again yesterday 8/28/2017 about the item. My wife was told that the item was not able to be shipped because it was located at a warehouse in California and could not be sent anywhere out of the state. The item is online and does not specify this online. I called again within a few minutes after my wife called and asked to speak to a manager. The associate put me on hold and called the location where the item was located. He said that they were going to email him if the items were still available and call me back. I have not heard back since then. This is very frustrating as a consumer to be running around in circles and not getting a solution. We want purchase this item and it has no specifications online that say anything about the item not being able to be shipped. It actually says "Available for same day delivery or next day pickup." This is not clear online and is misleading. This needs to be fixed immediately if a customer can't order an available item.
Update: I called and talked to a manager today 8/29. I was told that we could not order the item because it is at their California warehouse and they would not ship or transfer the item to our home or local store. We were told again that there was nothing they could do.
