  • I installed a new hardwood floor and needed the old carpeting tacked down next to my new floor. I had used Phoenix Carpet Repair in the past, so I decided to try them again. It helps I had received an email stating that as a return customer I was eligible to get 10% off my service. After getting a quote over the phone, I decided to have another area of the carpet fixed where a cat had damaged it and then clean one room. Superior service. Keith showed up to repair my carpeting, and did an awesome job. Edges are straight, he was fast, and he was friendly and super knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave me some good advice. There was a second tech that accompanied Keith whose job was the shampoo the carpet. Again, very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Answered every questions I had and gave me some great tips for extending my carpet life. Come to find out, this second tech was Robert, the owner. How often do you get the owner of the company out "working in the trenches?" Can't give enough positive feedback on this company. Great work, great prices, and very knowledgeable people!
