  • I had an appt in which I waited well over an hour to see Dr. Knott untill I finally just left, paid my copay and all which I was told would be refunded. I spent the first 30 min in the waiting room with unruly kids running wild like it was a day care ctr. Neither the parents or staff addressed it. I decided to wait outside where I could still hear the kids. 45 min into my wait I asked how long, they said should be any min. 10 min later I asked again and got the same but was then walked to a room where I waited another 15 minutes until I decide I was done. Very unprofessional for a Dr.'s office to allow both that long of a wait and the chaos in the waiting room.
