  • I visited this Firestone location because one of the windows on my car would no longer go up or down, and was stuck in the down position. I was told that it would be a $99 diagnostic fee before they would discuss the repair itself. When I asked if that fee would applied to a repair charge I was told that it would not. This was a repair that I needed to have done, since I can't drive around with a window that I can't put up. This store was more focused on extracting its diagnostic fee than with being concerned with helping a customer effect a repair that was clearly needed. I have gone elsewhere for the repair.
