rev:text	I called this nail salon on the morning of December 23rd trying to get an appt after work due to my former nail lady no longer working at the nail shop I usually go to (heartbreaking). I asked the receptionist if they could fit me in for a 4:15pm appt (I get off at 4pm, however my job is literally on sunset and rainbow so i could be there in 5 min after work) and she said ok. When I got off work, I headed straight there, and checked in with the receptionist at exactly 4:07 (I had my phone in my hand) the receptionist then told me "oh ok, but we're busy now, so have a seat" REALLY?? hmm ok, I didn't give her a hard time, so I sat and waited. She told me to wait for Henry because he does the best pink and whites so I was willing to wait, the receptionnist told me I would be next. A girl walks in about 30-40 min later and sits down as a walk in. When Henry finishes with the girl he was working on, he whispers to the walk in and gives her a "come here" hand gesture!!! I was sooo upset that I had waited 50 MIN past my scheduled appt time with no service, no "we'll be right with you" NOTHING. They just lost out on a really good customer, I tip very well but they wouldn't know that because they judged me from the minute I walked in, giving me dirty looks and rolling their eyes from across the room. I'm disgusted and feel like they profiled me. I ended up going to Diamond Nails and they took me right away. Don't waste your money here...unless you look rich, or have the right skin tone. Pretty sure they will be very accommodating then!! F**K THIS PLACE.
