  • We've lived here for over a year and we love it. We live in a building right by the pool, only our unit faces away from it. We never hear any pool noise! It's great. Every staff member is friendly, including the maintenance staff. The complex is quiet and in a nice location. The only reason we can't give it a 5 star rating? One day EVERY SINGLE WEEK for an entire day, they have landscapers come through with LOUD leaf blowers. And they don't just pass through once - they continuously go around the complex so it's never quiet. This is awful for us since we work nights. I get off work at 7am and the landscapers are just getting there, and stay until an hour or 2 before I have to wake up to go to work. If they had told us this when we first toured the property we may never have rented here. We like the cleanliness of the property but it REALLY does seem like these guys milk the clock and I think once a week is overkill. Every single Monday night I can barely function at work, but other than one 24 hour period of intense misery per week, we like it here.
