I'm going to be very frank in this review. I am an animal lover and attached to my dog. He is an emotional support animal (ESA). This hotel does not recognize an ESA as a service animal, even with documentation. You want to sell timeshares Hilton? try being more accomodating to those that are outside of your target group with specific emotional needs that expect to bring their animal with them. You want your hotel to feel like a home away from home, well that should include all members of the family. All of the Caesars owned hotels are dog friendly and recognize ESAs as a service dog for a disability. For me, there is no incentive to buy into your brand, and trust me, I'm not the only one.
