  • Worst customer service ever! Beware! If your budget isn't big, don't waste your time with this company! Keith came out to give me an estimate for my backyard. 1st off he was so rude the moment I began to tell him what I wanted. As I was explaining to him what my plans were all he could do was judge me and say "why do you want to do that?" (Hello! Is this your backyard or mine!?) He asked me my budget and continue to say "oh this is gonna be way off your budget." Finally after 5 minutes and realizing what I wanted to do with my backyard, he said this is not a job for us. So I was happy to end the conversation anyways because he was so rude and arrogant. What a waste of time! 1 star for Rebecca that made the appointment, at least she was friendly and pleasant to speak to.
