| - My ride from Pittsburgh to DC was very comfortable - bus was right on time, driver was courteous, and the other passengers were quiet and friendly. We left on time and arrived to DC on time. Only complaint is that the bus only had power outlets on one side of the aisle. (The return trip had power outlets on both sides.)
The bus from DC to Pittsburgh arrived on time, but left late. Again, my fellow travelers were quiet and friendly. The wi-fi was a bit spotty through WV, but worked, and the power outlet charged my phone quickly. I was annoyed by the length of time we stayed at the stops. We left late and arrived in Pittsburgh late, however we stayed for almost an hour at a rest stop in MD (the first trip stopped at the same rest stop, but only for 25 minutes) and stayed at the WVU stop for 30 minutes (again, the first bus stopped here as well, but only stayed for as long as it took people to get off and collect their luggage.) The driver on the return trip was angry, loud and abrasive - when we arrived in Pittsburgh, we sat for 10 minutes while he blew his horn and yelled because there were cars parked where he wanted to pull up.
Short version:
Not perfect, but worth the price paid - will ride with them again.
