  • When we bought our Spa, the sales lady was very helpful in choosing the right tub for us. Delivery was on time and the whole experience was perfect! The best part about is the Warranty Service. I called and talked to Zack the C/S person. He was very helpful and decided to sent me their service man. He was Matt from All Spa Inc. who contracts out to Spa World. I believe in after the sell customer service and from Zack to Matt is why I'll buy my next Spa from Spa World. I had a warranty problem and it was resolved in a fast and expert time frame. Thank you Spa World. Thank you All Spa Inc
