  • My mom and I visited the Dana park location to order 4 entrees for dinner. Everything was smooth with the workers on the line, the two girls worked with us to order more food than we had people, which can be tough in the chipotle setting. When we got to the register we confused the cashier on which orders were ours. She became noticeably flustered. She was incredibly short with us, no customer service at all. It seemed she was rushing us out of the way and it didn't matter if she rang our order up correctly. We had to stop at a table and check our order and realized she had added someone else's bowl in with ours. When going back to the register to return the extra item her tone was even more harsh. Not sure if she just needed a break and to step away? Just awful customer service and she completely brushed us off. Overall the food was great. One bowl had liquid leaking through the cardboard but it made it home okay.
