  • This Company charged my Dad a $100 app fee and then called to tell him that his rental app was declined. He asked the reason and was told the owner decided to "pass" on his application for no specific reason.(Yeah Right) Credit and income was not an issue at all! Horrible business practices. Do not I repeat DO NOT apply with this company. They are ripping people off!!
