| - Should have read the reviews before I called them. Started at $121 then they tried to up sell to $489, including odor and stain treatment.
My wife was sold the last time, and it wasn't worth it. When I told them that, they actually said "are you sure". Yeah, look it up. I asked him why I would buy the extras if it didn't work last time and what would they do because it doesn't work. "Well, it only comes with a 30 day warranty."
After I told him this wasn't a negotiation, and I want you just do the steam cleaning, he tried two more times. No, I want you to do the work I signed up for, had to threaten to kick him out before he stopped
Arrived promptly at 10am, it's now 11am and he hasn't started yet...
Would be zero stars if it was allowed.
*update, when I went upstairs to check on the cleaning, I discovered that he didn't clean the master bedroom as requested. Called them, owner argued, and wouldn't listen to me when I asked him what their website says 4 rooms should be cleaned for, and hung up on me. I file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, not that I expect anything to happen, I just wanted a formalized complaint filed so others can see it.

When we arrived to your house you asked us to clean 6 areas plus a set of stairs, for only $75.00.(Wrong, I originally signed up for 5 rooms as listed on your website, when the technician came, I asked him what it would cost to do 4 rooms which is $59 on your website, a hallway and the stairs. He determined that the one hall way would be billed as two and I said no thanks. At no time did I expect or request all of this work for $75) You wanted to pay maximum of $75.00 for everything but we told you that was going to be impossible.All 6 areas needed spot treatment and you also had 2 rooms that needed urine pet treatment and for that reason you were being charged more.Urine isnt a stain that takes off with basic treatment , it a process that needs special treatment because we are dealing with bacterias. We evaluated your carpet and gave you the price of $489.00 for the whole house including the 2 rooms that needed urine treatment. Your answer was " I'm not going to pay more than $75.00 and if you dont do it for $75.00 im going to ruin your reputation and contact yelp , BBB , and the secretary of the state of Nevada to report your company " (Wrong again, I never demanded any work done for $75, nice try. I never threatened you, nor your employee.)You wanted to intimidate us that way you could get your carpet cleaned for free.Your threat didn't intimidate us because we are a proffessional company and we follow all the rules of this business.(Yeah, check all of your reviews on Yelp, your reputation says anything but a PROFESSIONAL company.) We gave you the option of not doing business with us and we recommended you to call a different company if you didnt want the service done with us.(No, I told your employee to stop trying to up-sell, or I would call Stanley Steemer, they stand behind their price without trying to up-sell everyone and everything.) At the end we made an agreement on cleaning 3 rooms and a set of stairs for $119.00. After we proceded with the service .(This is a lie, the deal was for 4 rooms cleaned for $59, as listed on your website, and 21 stairs at $2.29 per stair.) When we finish the service we asked you to look around and check if everything was done good and your response was "yes" .(This is a lie, your employee only said that he was finished and walked out the front door, at no point did he tell us to check his work.)Four hours after we cleaned your carpet , you called insulting us , saying you wanted your money back but we also told you that was going to be impossible because the service was done.(This is a lie, I asked for a refund for the fourth room that you didn't clean, or to have your employee come back and finish the job. This is when I informed you that because of your bait and switch tactics and flat out lies, I would be submitting a review on Yelp and contacting the Better Business Bureau.) We dont force anyone to do service with us, its our customers choice. We evalute your carpet , give you a price if you like the price we proced with the service if not then we leave the house. My recommendations for you are to clean your carpet twice a year, dont let your pets urine on your carpet that way the cleaning of your carpet can be more economic.Treat other with respect and you will be treated the same. live with peace in your heart.(I have peace in my heart, and the company that I work for is the most admired company in the world. I think I know more about customer service through my 30+ years of retail management experience, than you do. Good luck with your business, your customers deserve better than you have shown you are capable of giving.)
