I purchased a massaging recliner as a Xmas gift for my husband. When it was relieved the remote didn't work so the use of the massager was unavailable. I had a tech come out and look at it, he spent all of 2 min, and determined I needed a new remote. After another month I never received the remote. I called this location and spoke to nothing but incompetent customer service reps or treated me with such disrespect. I asked for the manager Larry and they claimed he was in a meeting at 5:30 on a Sunday night. After receiving a "conformation for pick up" message I immediately called the store because I never scheduled a pick up. After speaking to a very nice female mgr she confirmed that Larry was actually NOT in a meeting. She fixed the issues for the chair and offered a refund for delivery charges. I called back yet again because the refund was never processed. I was then told by another person that it was job to call the online store for the refund and SURPRISE when I asked for Larry, he was out to lunch!!!! I spoke to another mgr and she told me the same thing "you're supposed to call for the refund since it was purchased online". So, I did just that knowing that they were wrong and it's not my job to call them. However, when I called and spoke to the supervisor there she too confirmed I am not the one that is suppose to call for the refund....the store is. Being a store manager for a high end drug store for 12 years now, I know better then to believe the lies they told to get out of work. I know as a manager if any of my employees treated a customer the way I was treated further action would immediately be put in to place. I knew better than to give this company my money, but I did it anyway. That is the last time I will ever make that mistake and I have informed friends and family to avoid them at all cost! They will never get any business from me again.
