So..my car went in for a routine fender benders ... for one week they were calling the wrong #. Next week, week 2, they lost my original keys to my car and they claimed they lost the paperwork that my husband signed (during the first week) to authorize them to fix the car but in the mean time I was getting text messages stating the car is being worked on almost completed...I received a texted end of week 2, stating "change in completion date)...they have not started...Week 3 they received another key from me and they started working on the car...but they rekeyed my car. Granted they have my (found) original key... so no need to re-key the car (you think)!!!! So I took the car with the new re-key ... guess what? it did not unlock the car or the trunk...oh yeah the car would NOT start after 2 times driving in the same day...so back to SERVICE KING it went...
NOW according to INFINITY, SERVICE KING should never have re-keyed the car...SERVICE KING is NOT authorized. So now I am left to pay for the damaged key actuaries on the doors... which it should have been my decision if I want to repair it or not... my locks on the doors were working fine before it went into SERVICE KING...
