  • I would like to give this place 5 stars, but there were a few issues. The service wasn't the best (our initial server inexplicably didn't return even though she was still on shift, food arrived and we didn't have utensils, extra condiments never arrived etc) and the kitchen was out of the only vegetarian meal on the menu at lunch time. We got a few side dishes to share which were mostly very good - the hushpuppies, savory bread pudding, and mac&cheese were great. The tots were good but a bit too oily, which sounds like the fryer oil wasn't hot enough and they got saturated. The cocktail I got was very good and they didn't skimp on the alcohol, though it was just a bit overpriced. I will definitely return, though I may call ahead to see if the cauliflower entree is available!
