  • Worst customer service I have ever received. I came here because of the great reviews only to be disappointed... long story short I dropped off a pair of Champagne flutes this past Monday to be engraved for my best friends wedding. She is having her bridal party this Saturday which is tomorrow. When I picked the champagne flutes up this morning I should have checked them before I paid for them and took them. When I got to work and I opened the box to inspect the champagne flutes, I right away noticed how extremely crooked the engraving was. The engravings were very sloppy and poorly done to the point where I don't even know how they thought it was acceptable to charge me for It. I took them back to see what could be done, the owner agreed that the work was poor and offered a refund for the engraving..... this still meant that I was out $55 for the champagne flutes that now has crooked engravings on them. I complained some more and they hesistantly agreed to reimburse me for a new pair of champagne flutes. I had to drive across town to purchase a new pair and bring them back to boulevard trophy. I told them I wanted the new pair engraved and that I would be taking the ruined pair as well to which I was told would be fine. I went back to work and had to come back a few hours later to pick up the flutes. When I arrived I was told by one of the assistants that they couldn't give me the ruined pair because it "wasn't their policy". Obviously I objected, since I was previously told it would be fine. She told me to "tell that to the owner" who was helping another customer near by. Once she was done she came over as she heard our arguing and when I told her I felt like I received poor customer service she argued back and told me that I had not..... I had to leave work multiple times and drive across town 3 times to fix their mistake.... how is that not bad customer service? She ended up saying that this agreement was not worth it & if I wanted I could take the ruined flutes as well. I ended up getting what I wanted but it was a nightmare and honestly not worth it. Next time I'll spend a little more money and go somewhere else that will actually provide me with good service. UPDATE: My responce to the owners comment below- This is what should have been said to me the first time I spoke to you all in person. Instead I got attitude & arguements from not only one of your employees but also an owner. Working in the customer service field myself, I know it's completly unacceptable to argue with customers. Especially when they have been given poor service to say the least. Originally, your company agreed to refund me for the crooked engravings.... leaving me with ruined champagne flutes... it wasn't until I kept on complaining that you guys hesitantly agreed to purchase a new pair & make things right. Then I was told we weren't able to take back the original champagne flutes because you had paid for the new ones..... when actually you paid to to fix a mistake your company made when they complety ruined the original pair I bought. I've hever been treated so poorly by a business that I paid for services with. You definitely need to revise more than just your quality control measures.
