| - OK this is the last Zipps review I will write:
I keep giving zipps chance after chance & they continue to fail me. This weekend's update: we've noticed the signs ON EVERY TABLE for the breakfast at 9am during football season with a note "until daylight savings" next to the 9am, so we get here at 10am on the dot (since games start an hour later) and they're open. We order drinks around 10:15 and then try to order breakfast only to learn that the kitchen does not open until 11am, about 40 min from then. I ask the manager why the breakfast menus are on every table then, isn't that false advertising? She says its required by management, and if they were to walk in she would get in trouble. What the heck?? They have a menu on every table for breakfast but yet they do not serve breakfast. And its one of those standing specials menu , on the other side are weekend drink specials, WHICH IS ALSO ON ANOTHER MENU ON THE TABLE. Makes ZERO sense. I just don't understand.
And then this may just be me asking for too much, but in my opinion, customer service is huge, so at least be like "I'm sorry for the inconvenient , here's a drink on us" like .. a $4.50 bloody mary or what not. But no its, "No breakfast ,it is what it is, sorry.". The service and quality has drastically declined since we started coming to this Zipps location the last few years, super bummed about it.
