rev:text	BEWARE!!!!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!!!!! THEY ALMOST KILLED MY DOG!! She boarded for 6 nights and they didn't call me to tell me she wasn't eating or drinking. When I picked her up she was lifeless and when i took her temperature it was 106!!! I called the hospital and brought her back and they gave her some shots and the doctor was so condescending to me telling me that they don't know what I did in a few hours to get her this way!!! Are you kidding me???? She was with you 6 days boarding and you are telling me it's my fault she is sick. She is in a controlled environment in my home. They charged me another 250.00 for some shots. I stayed up until 4 am that morning trying to get my baby's fever down by wrapping her in wet towels and a fan taking her temp every half hour!!! After all this her fever came down to 101. They next day I asked to speak with the head doctor Lewis. He was so rude and unprofessional to me, acted like they would not give me a refund even though she was in there care for 6 days and I had just picked her up. I also requested a run for her and was expecting her to be in a run for the week. They didn't tell me and put her in a cage!!! and when I asked why they said they were too busy at Christmas and full so had to put her in a cage. She lost 4 pounds for a little doggie in the 6 days she was there and you think I got her sick? Really??? The care at the vet clinic is SUBSTANDARD. How is one pet parent to have peace of mind there when things so simple as feeding and taking a little dogs temp is so important. They clearly didn't do and of course they deny it!!!!!! You will regret taking you loved ones here, don't go here!!!!
