Worst company ever. This is not on the branch itself. The tellers are kind but as an insider told me, the bankers do not know anything. I tried to open a business credit card. I called two weeks after my application to check on it. They told me that something was mailed to me asking for a copy of my ID and EIN (this was never mailed to me). They said I had to fax or mail it. As I do not own a fax machine, I went into a branch and had them fax it. The teller told me to call the next day to ensure it was received because there are issues. So I called and they told me it was not received and to call the next day. I did so and it still wasn't received. They told me to call after 7-10 business days. I called again and they said it wasn't received and to call the next day. I called again and it wasn't received. I went back into Chase to have them fax it again and they called the teller who told them not to and to wait and call the next day. I called AGAIN! I elevated to a supervisor who told me to just mail the information. This was all not 30 days after my initial application. I mailed it and waited two weeks to call (today). To my surprise, they didn't receive anything and they closed my inquiry as they automatically close after 30 days (thanks for telling me supervisor). The representative told me it is in the terms & conditions and I should have read it and memorized the thing after 45 days of running around with this horrific bank. I have to go through all of this AGAIN after 45 days of waiting. They affected my credit score and input a ton of cortisol intro my body due to the stress of putting my business on hold for 45 days. On top of that, their "resolution team" does nothing but tell you no. Worst company ever!
