  • I had a full set put on this last week for the first time at goldfingers. I work in the area and I knew with traffic I wouldn't make it back in time. The young guy I won't even call him a gentleman made fun of me because I like my nails short, he said then why do you want nails. In my opinion do you want my money or not, you are here to provide a service. After applying my gel, which I have been getting for atleast 6 years, I just took a few months off to let my nails breathe... 10 seconds under the light it felt like someone had a flame on my fingers, AWFUL. I took my hand out for a small break because it was unbearable. Again he began to laugh and I didn't understand what getting gel meant. I was already half way through the ordeal and I was in tears because it was SOOO PAINFUL, and his co-worker decided to laugh as well. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER go back here. HE thought he was doing justice by giving me 20% off. IT is neglectful ignorant people who thing customer service does not exist anymore #ctvcalgary #globalcalgary
