When I bought my first Hyundai from here it was Planet Hyundai and I had a wonderful experience with the buying process and with all of the services (maintenance/oil changes). So when I bought my Sonata last year I thought I would have the same experience.... I was wrong! Now that they have changed over, I have received nothing but horrible service! When I have to bring my car for an oil change I have to stand outside for 10 minutes or more waiting for anyone to even acknowledge that I'm alive. Service workers just keep walking by with out even saying "Hello" or "be right with you" . Literally you feel invisible to these people. I have answered many of the surveys they send you after the service and yet things never seem to change or get better here. Once this lease is up I will never consider purchasing or leasing a car from this place and I will tell everyone I know not to either.
