  • Honestly worst experience ever. We purchased or wedding dress here back in July. They said 6 months to arrive which would put us in January. Once January we did not receive a call. Nothing. Not even a "hey we just checked on your dress and it's on the way or delayed" we called beginning of February twice and they had "just gotten shipments in and we're going to check if it was in there". Received no call back to see if t was there. Went into the shop and spoke with the owner and she said it was almost done. She could "see in the notes" that the final details were being put on and the dress would be here in two weeks which would be feb 15. So we call today and shocker, the only thing the employee could see in the notes is that the dress is scheduled to arrive March 28. That puts us at 10 months delivery time and 1 month before the wedding. We speak to the owner again and again she lies and says middle of March. I honestly don't even think the dress exists at this point and if we don't receive updates or if the dress isn't here we will obviously be getting a refund back. I can't believe how unprofessional this place is. The first experience was really good but it's just to sell you a lie. Once you pay ,the customer service goes straight out the window.
