  • Yesterday was my first time visiting this dealership and I have l say it was not impressive at all. We have been looking for a Dodge Durango RT for months in a certain color and we have seen several around town but not the Granite. We pull into the dealership and we are greeted immediately by a sales person who was very upbeat and eager to sale. I noticed the Durango I was there to look at was parked on the side as of it had just been test driven so I asked the salesperson "is someone working a deal on this vehicle since it's on the side"? The salesperson replied " you can test drive it, if there is someone making a deal and you come in with a better offer we will sell it right out from underneath them, it's happened before". I was not real happy with that response and said well I don't want to take it from anyone, if you don't think anyone is dealing on it, I would like the test drive it. The salesperson set up a test drive. We have literally test drove this same Durango several times we just have never found it in the color we wanted. We have done TONS of research (for 2 years) on features pricing and costs of this vehicle. We go into the dealership to run some numbers on this vehicle and I have to say, the gouging began. The price was listed at almost $46k online and then it had a button to click here for internet pricing which makes the buyer think they are going to get an even better price. You end up filling out all the information and so I want to warn you to save your time, the price remains the same. The dealership does not price match they will whip a fake dealer invoice and show you BS on how much you are getting it below employee pricing. Now I told the sales manager we have done some extensive research on this vehicle. We also know the industry. Sales manager says "it's not the same car you have been looking at other places"..... what! Ok. The end price on this 46,000 vehicle ended up totaling out to $53,000 It's not the sales tax, doc fees, or the fake rebate taken out or added back in but it was the Alarm and paint auto butler that is super up charged on your dime. Research other Dodge dealers, they price match and are priced well below Earnhardt. It's sad that I can't get the one I want from an honest dealer at the correct price. Read the rest of the yelp reviews. The dealership only rates a 2.5 stars for a very good reason as I found out reading the other reviews. Good luck!
