  • This could be my first review, but this was truly the best customer service experience I've ever had in my life. I stop in merely for a smog check, and I'm brought inside to pay, a first. Things are going as expected, I'm offered a deal on car washes with the smog check which I obliged, it was a great deal. I'm also offered by them to go to the DMV for me to take care of my registration and a couple different fees and I respectfully decline cause I'm not lazy. Wasn't pressured into it or any of the sort. I was most impressed by this. I get to talking with Johneric about things and Yelp comes up. I should see 5 stars for this place for the obvious things, but more importantly the little things! I was treated with honesty and respect which is a rarity these days! -CJ
