| - I've only been shopping at JCPenny in the last few years or so. When I was a kid, embarrassing, now as an adult, they actually have some nice clothes and I get ALL of my work clothes here (suits and blouses). The customer service is hit and miss, mostly miss. And the time it takes to check out can be ridiculously long (I'm talking upwards of 30 minutes) but...they always have great deals and give 15/20/25% off coupons so it can be worth it.
They recently added the Sephora to the store but do not be impressed. I've been a Sephora shopper for years and this one is NOT a real Sephora. The women who work in the Sephora are always SO rude, they don't have half the products a full Sephora does, and the employee's clearly don't know or care what they're doing.
I took my family in to have pictures done and I was equally unimpressed. It was so difficult to make an appointment (they called me to reschedule after I booked online and told me if I scheduled a different appointment then I'd have more time because no one was scheduled for 40 minutes after; turns out they schedule in 10 minute increments!) and when we arrived we were rushed through everything. I don't want to come in and be rushed; I want to take my time, get all the poses I want, andbe able to sit down and go through my pictures. Not here, you get 20 or so photos and that's it, they won't take more, the girl is really rude, and then you have to stand at the computer at the front while other people are talking and what not and try to pay attention and quickly (because, still being rushed) pick the photos you like.
Seriously, the only reason I gave 3 stars instead of 2 is because on a good day you can get about two big, full bags of clothes for less than a $100. My love for a deal gave them the extra star.
