  • I'm so furious with this place for putting me, my husband and our 2 year old daughter in such a dangerous situation. We got to our room and went right out to the patio to check out the view, which was great, but that did not make up for the fact that there was a beehive in the wall on our patio swarming with bees and the railing was high enough off the ground for our toddler to fall through, mind you we were on the 4th floor! We go immediately back in and call the front desk to tell them. We thought they'd switch us rooms immediately, but they said someone would be up to look at it. We waited all night and all the next morning. No one showed. In the morning we noticed bags over BOTH smoke detectors. Had there been a fire during the night we could've died!!! Not to mention multiple times we waited upwards of 25 mins for their shuttle service and the shrimp cocktail from the "steakhouse" (which offers 1 steak) comes with 4 shrimp!!! For $12!!!! The water park was great, the only reason I gave 2 stars, but I really expected less of a motel 6 experience when staying at a Hilton!!
