  • After having the company reach out to me, I decided to give them another try. Again, they were awesome about accommodating my schedule and very helpful in answering any questions I had. This time, Juan Carlos came to clean my apartment and he answered all my questions before getting started. Juan Carlos cleaned the apartment while I took my family out to breakfast. He was in constant communication so that I was aware of when the job would be complete. It was a thorough cleaning and specifically, he did a fantastic job with the shower! I felt like this was a service worth paying for. My impression of the company was salvaged by the owners and their desire to guarantee satisfaction. I'm glad I gave them another shot because I was able to see what they were capable of. Their customer service is a definite strong point and I will consider them the next time my home needs cleaning.
