  • My number one complaint about the brick is their lack of customer service. They botched the delivery and installation of the washer/dryer we bought twice (The 2nd one was a replacement). They don't make an effort to explain what their expectations are to ensure the delivery and installation goes smoothly. Their all time low is having their delivery guy come into our house DRUNK when he's delivering our appliance. Rest assured we will never shop at this store or any of their stores again.
