  • I'm not sure if this is my kind of place in terms of ambiance, but the food was tasty and unique. The restaurant is small and crowded, it's hot - no A/C. We got there early so we had no problem getting a table, but by the time we left there was a lineup. The prices are cheap - $9 for an Arepa. No alcohol but they have juices that are traditional to Columbia / Venezuela. I prefer a place that I can have a few drinks, talk with friends, order a few plates to share - this is not a sharing plates kind of place and as long as you know that before you go you can plan accordingly. I wasn't sure what to expect having never been there, and while I was happy with my sandwich and salad it was a quick meal. The service was great - they made good recommendations and were friendly / polite / professional. Good place to go if you are hungry and looking for cheap eats.
