  • I called this company because we have had a lot of crime on our street. My low quality entry level camera system was frustrating because the quality was so poor I couldn't see faces in night mode. I purchased a Swann camera/DVR system from Best Buy and realized very quickly this was an installation job for a professional after poking my head into a sweltering attic. Ronnie (Ronny)? The owner, was awesome about quoting me accurately and fairly (we called around for other estimates) and scheduling. Luis and another gentlemen arrived on time at 9:00am. I was at work but my wife told me they were very nice. Everything inside, and outside was professionally installed and looks great, they even cleaned our floors after my wife told them they didn't need to, they insisted. I needed to plug my DVR into the router which was downstairs, they ran Ethernet through the attic and saved me the trouble of buying a wireless adapter (that I'm sure I would have struggled with on a non-PC device like a DVR). I will call them for ANY applicable needs In the future.....thanks guys!! PS: I am pretty technical so didn't need any help with the actual camera DVR system but Luis made sure it was tested on the network and made sure my wife could access it from her phone. Some of my desired camera locations were not viable due to the house layout, but they made sure the final install locations were as close as possible and acceptable for us. Also...they used a more professional grade cable for AV/Power in the cameras vs what wane in the box (which would t have been long enough anyway). I can't imagine how many total feet they needed but they practically gave it to us for the price they asked. Spectacular.
