  • This is a review for the service side only, as our vehicle was not purchased here. My family and I bought our Jeep Grand Cherokee to this location for service twice and decided that we would never come back. The first time we visited was for our vehicle's first oil change and tire rotation. We waited for about 2 hours, with a scheduled appointment, and then another 20 minutes to get our vehicle. Upon receiving our vehicle there was a deep scratch in one of our brand new wheels. We questioned the service advisor about it and he did not seem to care, but after some arguing the service department agree to have the wheel repaired. The repair was okay, but you could see a line and we were a little irritated since it was a brand new wheel! The second time we brought our vehicle in for an oil change. We scheduled the first appointment of the day, so there was not a long wait, there was still an hour wait! We have owned Nissans and Mazdas prior to this vehicle and have never had any issues with service. This location provided the worst two service experiences we have ever had in customer service, quality of work, and time management.
