  • We were treated to first class service in the Spa. Pink, you are an amazing ambassador for the company you work for with the excellent customer service you provide. We were there for the Merlot massage with an 8:45 am appt. on a Saturday. I asked if I could have a bloody mary in lieu of wine, but that was not an option. I'm not one to drink wine at 8:45 am, so they really should rethink this, and offer bloodies or mimosas. We were able to leisurely lounge around in the pool, falls, and sauna and it was very enjoyable. I was very pleased to have an early morning appointment as the woman's side of the Spa was so overcrowded by 11:00 am you could barely move. Had I been arriving at that hour I would have been very unsatisfied with the lack of privacy and ability to fully use the facility as it was difficult to move about. Personally, I felt they were overbooked for the space. So, I highly suggest that you find out what their peak hours are, and do your best to avoid them.
