  • I've visited the Henderson store after visiting the Rainbow location. I like the selection of items the Henderson store offers. The store is much larger than the Rainbow store with a great selection. The only thing about Colleens consignment is that you have high-end and low-end furniture so you have to sort through the items. Helen was very helpful because after walking in the store and purchasing a picture, I called back to purchase two other items and, after giving her a detailed description, she was able to take a picture of the items to ensure that I was purchasing the correct items. I was able to pay over the phone, but it's a 3% extra fee when using a credit card, cannot use debit card over the phone. Delivery was $60 for all of my items, and I live near Summerlin. I arrived early on a Saturday morning and received great customer service from everyone in the store.
