I have had some of the best pho in the southwest. Some of the best being located in Denver and Little Saigon in LA. I went into the meal expecting big things but I was sadly disappointed.
The meal started off strong with good service and a friendly wait staff but took a turn for the worse as I got an opportunity to try the food. I ordered a bowl of steak pho and egg rolls which didn't take long.
The egg rolls were bland and after they delivered the food a saw a baby cockroach climb from under the plate. I knocked it off the table and stomped it on the ground. I got kinda queasy after this and didn't want to eat the soup but I powered through. The soup was big and had a lot of noodles but it lacked flavor even after the addition of the Thai basil, bean sprouts, fish sauce, Sirracha, and chili paste.
As I went to the front to pay I saw another baby roach on the wall. All in all 4 egg rolls and 1 bowl of pho and it totaled $17.98 which is way entirely to expensive for Vietnamese food.
I will not come back here ever again.
