My family and I visited Cross Iron Mills this weekend for the first time and we're all amazed on your chosen art pieces around the mall. What stood out the most however, was the friendliness of your guest services team- especially Andrew. I feel that he deserves to be recognized.
I encountered a problem with our stay and shop gift card. The girl at Lavien Rose didn't show an inch of care and just shrugged her shoulders. That really upset me that I had to walk all the way back to the guest services counter to find out what was going on. Andrew asked me what happened and immediately offered to walk me back to the store to fix it. It was a painful process getting the store supervisor to correct the charge but I couldn't get mad anymore because I was thankful that Andrew took care of the situation. He definitely left a good lasting impression.
