  • I called for the $145 Facebook special and ended up paying $220 for an area that required more attention. Noticed in other reviews that people experienced the same thing. Now, our tile does look better, but after checking other areas, we noticed places that were missed. Master bathroom behind the door was untouched and corners, which are hard to get to were missed. I did suggest corner guards and booties. But the frustrating part is that I mopped the floor because I didn't like the visible marks that were left, and when I emptied the bucket of water, it was brown dirty water. Can't figure that out when we can see that the floor looks better. Anyway, going to seal the grout and hope it stays nice for the price. Also, I think a written invoice would be ideal. I was emailed a blank invoice with no information as to what was done to the floors. Nevertheless I would use them again. Matt was great with scheduling, even arrived early.
