  • Normally this place is great but today service is awful. We sit courtside and could not find a server...security had to find her for us. We placed an order in the 2nd quarter of the B.B. game...we've waited that quarter, all of half time and 3rd quarter is almost done....we are still waiting....ridiculous!! This venue is great because it is in Mississauga and we don't have to trek to downtown Toronto to watch some good basketball. This is Home to the Raptors 905, the 2016-2017 champions! We are season ticket holders and our seats this year are front row court side, beside the visitor bench. The view is great, especially when the teams meet post game right in front of us. I would suggest sitting on the opposite side though as the coaches and refs often run and stand in front of us and block the view. We have sat in the stands and the view is pretty good everywhere. The food choices are limited, not very tasty and all fairly unhealthy. The potstickers and spring rolls are tiny and you only get 3. There are a couple of concession stands in the halls to get hotdogs, popcorn, fries etc and a few other stalls scattered around selling candy, cotton candy, etc. You can buy drinks too...beer as well. Court side seats can get in seat service. They sell some snacks and merchandise on the floor behind the visitor side net. Raptors players often come and watch and some come meet fans out here. Parking is free and there are plenty of washrooms....arena style...not fancy and often dirty. Many concerts are held here....which is a nice small venue compared to ACC.
