  • Like most of the people have already said, this place was amazing when it was Fernwood. I've now yet to see any management last more than 1 year, maintenance requests are lost constantly, and without even letting you know they turn off the air conditioning at some point in Nov then wait till April to turn it on again. It was a great place (lived here 3 years), but now I would say avoid it at all costs, anywhere else would be better. The cost has gone up so much each year that it's no longer worth the free utilities here.
