  • Cantina is one of my favorite more upscale Mexican restaurants. They have a nice size outdoor patio and lots of indoor seating. They also take reservations . If you want to watch a sporting event there are tons of tvs at the bar area. Cantina does a really good job with big groups as well. We went here for dinner and drinks to watch the PGA. (Big deal its Charlottes first one!!! ) For an appetizer I recommend the queso or quac. They are both reallly tasty! I have have the Marco Pollo tacos (ahhhmazing), chopped salad, fajitas, and chicken quesadilla (the one with bacon ). Everything is always really good. The service can be hit or mess and I think that's why Cantina doesn't have 4 stars on Yelp. Tonight I had to ask for my queso, more chips, and water refills (clearly I was starving and thirsty ), but the food was cooked perfectly!
