  • Horrible hotel. Stayed 4 nights for a conference. Old hotel, bathroom made noises all night. Tv was old, people on screen were talking and voices were delayed. Tv needed to be turned off and restarted. Unorganized in front desk. Horrible check in process. Pool was horrible. Definitely NOT a family hotel. Elevators not working. Signs are horrible. Staff needs to be retrained on customer service. Good hotel if you are single and there to party because you are never in room, but not for families. Security everywhere making you feel like somethings wrong or about to be wrong. Kids pool has view of adult pool so if you are a parent with little ones, you wont be pleased. Oh yeha....it was 115 degrees and pool closed at 5 or 6pm....made no sense. The only good thing there was the pizza place and charlies quesadillas... Anyway...i will never stay here again.
