  • This furniture store is nice, but it appears that their sales people don't notice African Americans when we come into the store. There are lots of commissioned sales people standing around profiling customers, but no one to ask if they can help me. I had to have the greeter ( who, by the way, did not greet me as well, as she did other customers as they came into the store ) at the door to call a store manager to offer assistance. By then, I had already been in the store for a about 45 minutes without assistance.
