  • Wow. This place is a diamond in the rough. The owners are currently looking for a flagship location but in the meantime operating with minimal sq ft. The word minimal is key and not a bad thing. Super clean, efficient and the highest end Coffee experience offered. Being from Seattle and just relocating I didn't expect this. Joel(1 of the owners) is a true coffee professional. Oh yeah, the coffee, all single origin! My personal favorite flavor characteristics when having str8 shots is bright and citrusy and this was my experience. Gone are the days of drowning coffee w/ cream and sugar to escape the bitterness. The coffee industry is constantly trending and evolving towards quality. This place is at the pinnacle of this trend.
