  • Their sushi is excellent and so fresh. The only items I would not recommend are their noodle dishes with beef or chicken, as the meat comes out so dry and tasteless. Their pork tonkatsu off the appetizer menu is very good as well as their seaweed salad. We've tried sushi on all sides of NEO. It's great to have a place in Parma that knows how to do amazing, fresh sushi, comparable to downtown or Tremont places. Great atmosphere too. Definitely check this place out! Also, their regular sushi rolls are $3 all day on Tuesdays/Wednesdays.
