  • We paid cash for our Subaru outback 2014 on a Wednesday at 2 pm. They didn't have their finance guy at Subaru so we had to go over to Ford to do the deal. We were there for almost 3 hours. It was like we were being penalized for paying cash, almost like they'd never experienced this before. The salesman also had trouble going over how to use radio/navigation. We had traveled from ohio that morning and by the time we drove away from the dealer with the car we were absolutely exhausted, couldn't believe this was really happening.
